Standard cancellation window
You may cancel or reschedule any booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Reply to your confirmation email or call us at +1 (587) 874-8794during business hours (Mon–Sat 9 AM – 8 PM). For after-hours cancellations, email works — we read every message before the morning's first dispatch.
Late cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the visit, and no-shows where the crew was unable to start work, may be charged the minimum visit fee of $140. This covers the cost of the slot reserved for you that we cannot fill on short notice.
We are reasonable. If you have a genuine emergency, tell us — we waive the late fee in clear emergency cases.
Weather rescheduling — no fee, our call
Calgary weather changes fast. For outdoor services (window cleaning, gutters, lawn care, full house exterior), we monitor conditions on the morning of your visit. If we decide conditions are unsafe or would compromise quality, we contact you to reschedule at the next available slot in your zone.
Weather rescheduling is always free. There is no penalty to you when we make the call.
If we cancel
On the rare occasion we need to cancel (illness, vehicle breakdown, unexpected scheduling conflict), we move you to the next available slot in your zone and credit $20 toward your next visit as a good-faith gesture.
Refunds
Because payment is collected only on completion of service, refunds are rarely applicable. If we charged you and you are not satisfied, see our redo guarantee — we come back free of charge to make it right. If a redo is not possible for any reason, we refund the affected portion of the visit.
